Great location and within Palace walls. Close to harbour. Good choice breakfast and pleasant to sit out and have drinks once the sun has moved round and you can sit in shade. Room up 3 flights of stairs but comfy and air con worked. Could hear concert but it stopped at its allocated time, not a problem.

I took a dinner here. So I will only cover that piece. Besides that the food is good, maybe the pasta bolongnese is the best. My son of 10 eat two full portions. Those serving the food are very nice and helpful. We all had a good time. I hope the mam who served us remember us. So I can say once again thanks for making a perfect day even better. Thanks.

Hotel Peristil gives the full great experience for anyone visiting Split. The hotel managers and staff were lovely and took such good care of us. They arranged a car for pickup/drop-off at the airport, had lists of recommended activities, restaurants, and shopping for us, and left us personal touches like a handwritten note and chocolate when we arrived. The rooms have comfy beds and great air conditioning (if you're traveling during hot seasons), and the location is amazing. You're a 5 minute walk to everything worth seeing and doing, and the hotel is in Diocletian's Palace, so it feels like you're staying in a museum or in a part of ancient history

We enjoyed our first night stay at Hotel Peristil so much, that we booked our final night in Croatia in the same room to complete our trip. The hotel is in a perfect location within the palace walls, and hopefully you get this room with a view onto the liveliness down below (note: it can get a little noisy on weekend nights). The hotel exudes a relaxed and home-like atmosphere, with a staff that is personable and attentive. We were fortunate to meet the lively and laid-back owner, making it easy to see how this hotel embodies the same vibe. Breakfast is good and filling, and they even made us a to-go bag with sandwiches, fruit & juice for our early flight out. Will definitely be back.

I give this hotel 5 stars based on my experience during my stay. The rooms were cozy, the location is great (located in the palace), the food was very good (complementary breakfast), and there is plenty of things to do within walking distance. The reason that I give it 5 stars was the hotel staff; these people are some of the nicest people I have ever met traveling. They went out of the way to ensure you were taken care of. I will definitely be returning to Split and staying in this hotel.
