Such a perfectly located tiny hotel in the heart of Split's old town. We were met by a lovely lady from the hotel, at the parking station, outside the old town's perimeter and walked to our hotel, which was a short distance away. Our room, set in this historic building, was beautiful. The decor, the bedding, the shower - everything was clean and exactly as promoted on their website! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the hotel and by stepping outside the entrance we were in the square directly outside the gated entrance to the Diocletian Palace. So central and a perfect quick stop for us to this historic city.

Lovely little hotel in old town Split. Pretty much every significant attraction is within a 10 minute walk, max. Many attractions are only a couple of minutes on foot. Restaurants, markets, coffee shops are all essentially at your doorstep. The rooms have nice beds and are a charming mix of modern features and old. The stone walls in the room were lovely and the breakfast spread was great. For being in the middle of old town, the rooms are pretty quiet and we had no issues getting enough rest. The cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good as well! Staff are incredibly sweet and make great recommendations. Shuttle service quickly took us from the airport to the hotel, and they helped us with our bags as there is no elevator. We were allowed to check in early. They also helped us book a ferry to Mljet and their shuttle service took us and our luggage straight to our ferry, perfectly on time. They even packed our breakfast as we were leaving very early. For all of these reasons, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Split, and I 100% recommend this place!

Location is right in middle of everything you want to do! Service was great, breakfast good, and overall comfort really good. Make note going though the “market” area to get to the entrance of hotel is a little confusing. We called and said we needed help and they send someone right away! A true dream come true for us, Split Croatia is beautiful and we had an amazing and memorable trip. A year ago this week and we are still reminiscing about how great it was. Thank you Heritage Jupiter Luxury Hotel, our stay was fantastic!

The best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff knows the area and can recommend all the top spots to meet your needs. Breakfast has everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to an assortment of cold cuts and all different kinds of fruit. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality stay.
