This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The room was fantastic. The staff were attentive and professional. Location was second to none as all major tourist attractions were on the door step. One tip if you want a hot breakfast go down to the restaurant early. We didnt and our breakfast was ALLWAYS cold. Cant fault anything else.

We were delighted by the warm welcome of the manager and concierge. The rooms are large, comfortable, and super clean. the beds were great. Bathrooms well-equipped. We forgot an envelope of cash in the safe deposit box at the beginning of our vacation and it was returned to us a week later when we stayed there the night before we headed for the airport. Honest cleaning staff! When we asked about getting a Covid test the day before our departure, the hotel immediately notified a local testing service and the whole thing was a quick and easy-going experience. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the old town with easy walking access to the sights and waterfront, and with a large choice of cafés close by. We were very sad to leave. The next time we come so Split, we will stay at the Palace Suites again.

you cant fault this immaculate little boutique hotel which is more a collection of suites with a reception and tiny breakfast room. staff were amazing - the bathroom was incredible, bed v comfortable - high quality bed linen and towels.maid service very good - will return
